Position: Software Engineer

Location: 255 Primera Boulevard, STE 160, Lake Mary, FL, 32746.

Duties:

• Design and maintain database tables as per provided design standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate across various development team tracks and with other functional area teams to obtain and share information.
• Provide timely communication on task status.
• Develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs using Java to ensure they are free of errors and function as intended.
• Plan and implement modifications and upgrades to system configuration to improve utilization based on analysis of application and production requirements.
• Assist in resolving production support issues.
• Remain abreast of, and research, industry technical trends and new developments to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.
• Design use cases, components, class diagrams, and workflow diagrams for each activity.
• Document testing and maintenance of system corrections.

Position Requirements:

Position requires a master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Applications, Electrical and/or Electronics engineering, Engineering (Any) or related field.

Special Requirements:

Position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.

The employer is in the field of Information Technology implementing projects for clients in various states throughout the United States of America. Depending on the scope of the project, these implementations could sometimes take days, weeks, months, or years. Hence, the beneficiary may have to either travel or relocate to these client sites depending on the duration of the project. Therefore, the employer has indicated that the position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the US with expenses paid by the employer. The position does not require any international travel. But it requires travel within the nation. Also, the travel frequency depends on the projects that is being assigned. Since this is a future position, providing a timeline and the frequency of travel for a project that will be assigned at a later stage is currently not possible. Therefore, the employer has indicated that the position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the US with expenses paid by the employer.
